Thank-you! We did a "no mow" May, June, July, August, September and now October in a large part of our grass area this year. I plan on mowing once the bugs have died back and after a freeze or two. There are so many more bugs in the yard with no mowing! Spiders, grasshoppers, crickets, katydids and more that I just cannot see. I am hoping to turn these areas into native meadows.
